- Lead and manage the social enterprises to operate outcome-driven programming that focuses on program development, skills training and employment to maximize self-sufficiency.
- Manage the operational and fiscal activities of the program/department to include: staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
- Recruit, manage, develop and evaluate staff by providing timely mentoring, training and performance management.
- Complete required paperwork in accordance with company policy.
- Provide technical and administrative support to staff throughout the division.
- Coordinate with managers to develop individual program goals and provide support around staff, program management design, maintenance and problem-solving.
- Develop, communicate and ensure ongoing compliance in a fluid regulatory environment.
- Oversee contractual compliance, ensure data collection for both internal and external purposes, and manage/meet outcome requirements.
- Engage all clients by understanding and addressing their needs whether within or outside the scope of work.
- Attend and participate in team meetings as requested and communicate effectively with clients and staff in other areas.
- Maintain confidentiality of client, employee and agency information in accordance with federal and state laws and contract requirements.
- Oversees and administers special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
