- Lead man as lead man my job requirements were to make sure my crew is lined on jobs for the. Made sure the products on our line were completed on time. Make sure that the crew had all the materials they needs to proform the job. My job as lead man also required me to QC the fitters layout on the product and also to QC the welders work before the product is send off our line. I am currently certified for tig, flux core, mig and pipe welding. Also certified to weld and products for the Alabama Rail Roads.
