Over 30 years of working with youths in sports has taught me how to build rapport with them. My ability to mentor, nspire and building that rapport , has help me transition into the classroom and become a very successful Para.
Being flexible and open minded made me a valuable and dependable team member to teaching staff. Ability to go from one on one with a student, to taking over a class, helping out with a security situation, bus monitoring, cafeteria duty, assisting with detention and riding the school bus with special needs students help me fill a lot of voids in the school system.
