• This job includes responsibilities such as maintaining operation of 14 machines (9 Tugs and 5 Balancers), Ensuring that every tire made is properly tested for uniformity and geometry compliance, ensuring each tire is safe and road ready for customers, performing daily machine checks and cleaning as needed, mid level troubleshooting including software and hardware diagnosis, checking for leaks, damaged wiring, broken or missing bolts, misaligned or damaged sensors, camera and laser angles, conveyor belt health, adding lube to machines as needed, inspecting chains, lifts, bearings, drive belts and electrical motors for proper operation, maintaining operation of 2 overhead conveyor systems, checking tire test results and coordinating with management, engineering, maintenance and quality as needed. All of this is included with my previously listed responsibilities of the CML and i also provide floor support to lead operators and the supervisor as well which includes everything from material handling, to troubleshooting various equipment, assisting with staffing issues, handling sensitive paperwork and acting as a direct line to upper management in absence of leads and/or supervisor. I make sure every employee has needed materials to work, PPE and they all maintain a safe work area. I help coordinate during emergencies such as power outages, severe weather, injuries and accidents to ensure a calm and safe environment for all.

Operated 2 machines that were responsible for placing special indicator dots and special tread stripes on the tires for O.E customers. This position included responsibilities such as maintaining a clean and neat work area, verifying the correct markings on the tires, refilling paint, labels and dots as needed, clearing faults from the machine as well as investigating any issues and cleaning the machine daily. I adjusted the flow of tires to different conveyors when needed, purged paint lines when needed, cleaned any mis-marked tires and re-ran them to get the correct markings, basic troubleshooting of both machines as well as the overhead conveyor system. I fixed minor breakdowns on the machines and conveyor system and escalated issues to maintenance and engineering when needed.

• Maintained the flow of production in the area by ensuring conveyors and machines are running in an optimal state and seeking help when they are not.

• Repaired various blemishes and cosmetic issues with tires including blisters, stencils, tread stripes, date codes, barcodes and any other anomaly that will need addressing.
• Operated BCD machines to help ensure appropriate diameter was achieved on the tire's bead.
• Operated a laser engraver to correct any small print needed on the tire to display vital information.
• Maintained a clean, neat and safe work area.

• Operates forklift to move materials and production items around in plant.
• Load tractor trailers in proper order of delivery routes.
• Ensure each order has correct amount and meets quality shipping goals.
• View production logs daily and report it to Production Supervisor and Truck Drivers as needed.
• Print out bills for each order and log each incoming and outgoing truck.
• Place product in warehouse and update inventory as needed.
• Perform safety checks on forklift before and after shift.

• Maintaining accurate inventory count, checking for misplaced and damaged items, ensuring items are not under or overstocked and ensuring walkways are free from spills and fallen items.

• Accepting phone calls from various customers, addressing all questions and concerns regarding their account information and maintaining a clean and neat work environment.

• Scanning items out of inventory per customer order, sorting items into an itemized cart to be wrapped and shipped to each customer, ensuring customer orders are correct.
