- In 2005, I was hired to design, layout, and then manage a 2,400-cow organic dairy, which was part of the vision of the existing vertical integration model of a farm, frozen food plant, packaging, and cold storage.
- The best part about my job is that they let me run it as my own. I have monthly financial meetings where we discuss the variance to the budget and forecast from there.
