Perform system troubleshooting, maintenance and component removal, repair and installation of jaw and gyratory crushers, vibratory screens, conveyors, dust suppression/collection systems, mobile conveying systems, pump, pit dewatering, hydraulic systems, etc.
Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance such as changing filters in the dust collection systems, checking screens, seals for leakage,oil levels and lubrication systems identify potential failures/noises/wear on agitators, rotors, belts, pulleys, gear boxes
Assist with and perform component replacement and repairs on, but not limited to conveyor systems, ball mills, auto mills, screen decks, lube systems, filter drums, crushers, hydraulic filter presses, and foundry pumps
Perform the removal, repair and installation of piping and pump components, such as: valves, expansion joints and check valves.
Prioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed
Responsible for maintaining work orders and performing work area inspections
Train and mentor other employees
Perform advanced welding and fabrication
May operate mobile equipment such as: Forklifts, cranes, and boom trucks
Perform as a Fill-in Supervisor as required

Performs start-up and shutdown of plant or related systems
Operates processing equipment and makes adjustments as needed; performs basic maintenance on processing equipment and reports maintenance issues
May operate mobile equipment such as front-end loaders, forklifts, skid-steer loaders, and overhead cranes
Performs area housekeeping duties and may perform work area and safety audits

Responsible for all facilities management/maintenance/ for a fourteen-hundred- camp. This camp includes thirty-seven buildings, forty campsites, and ten vehicles.
Manage a maintenance budget of $250,000 as Camp Ranger

Regularly manage demolition and construction of facilities ranging from campsites to buildings.

Maintain required OSHA safety equipment and records.
