  • Explored innovative solutions for a manufacturing process for the Boeing Company utilizing 3D CAD and 3D printing to successfully address an ergonomic/mechanical assembly issue when it comes to plugging in the holes for their aircraft hardware.
  • Collaborated in a group of 3 to deliver high-fidelity proof of concepts for a mechanism that could assist Boeing employees with silicone plug removal.
  • Conducted data collection and research on current hole masking techniques and strategies across the entire aircraft industry.
  • Oversaw design ideation and 3D CAD for creating proof of concepts, delivered over 4 iterations of the model before landing on the finalized concept. Utilized: SolidWorks, FEA Software, Fundamental Engineering Principles, etc.

Digital Solid/Surface Modeling| Student | University of Notre Dame (Jan. 2023 – May 2023) 

  • Participated in a course oriented towards problem identification and the translation of research insights into implications informing the design process. The course allowed for engagement with human-centered, project-based work, sponsored by outside corporate organizations and non-profit social entities.
  • Utilized SolidWorks and Keyshot to develop 3D solid body model and 3D surface body model renderings for an array of projects ranging from consumer electronics such as Air Pods and iPhones to larger scale products such as developing mock models of full scaled vehicles.
