Summary

Twenty five years experience in building and managing at an

assisted living and independent living facility in Westerville area.

I developed and built an 8 acre, 38 luxury villa project from the ground up. I continued, after construction, to maintain the property. This included continual upkeep of all building exteriors, grounds, landscaping, streets and utilities.

I was in charge of all renovation and redesign on resident move outs. I managed resident work orders on a daily basis, and I hired and supervised outside contractors. I also was in charge of purchasing repair and replacement items. It was important to keep the property in top condition and maintain it for all our elderly residents. This was my daily goal.

parcell I completely renovated the main dining room, the resident activties center, the resident spa, the nursing main office, the hair salon, the exercise center, 2 resident laundry rooms, the employee lounge, 3 public restrooms and the resident study

In the 25 years I also renovated all of the 53 resident rooms and answered the work orders on a daily basis
