I am responsible for the development of the team members around me. Working to improve their ability to serve great food while keeping a clean and safe environment.

I take on the challenges that a restaurant shift may bring head-on, understanding that the best way to succeed is as a team. I’ve had to be very adaptable to any situation as things can go wrong any second and ways to solve these issues are what I look forward to most.

I am not just a manager, but a leader, someone who the team can depend on and count on. I pursue to be great, not just good, and hardworking, but humble enough to know where I need to improve.

A huge part of being a leader is also being able to have crucial growth conversations so that everyone agrees and focuses on growth and understanding.
