Summary
I am a young man who did not know what to do or where to go. I joined the NWFSC welding program and had no clue what to do i only hoped to become a better man then what i could hope for and i do not believe i have done that but because of scottie smith i was given the skills and confidence to change my poor situation and give myself and others a better life then what i originally deemed possible. Despite my efforts the new plans i had crafted did not stand strong but i do. With my experience i hope to be able to relay the skills i have been given and the ones i developed myself onto others in the hopes of regardless the outcome they can continue to stand strong.

Accomplishments
Within my first year of traveling as a professional tube welder i was chosen to be sent back to NWFSC and be the proctor for the testing event to hire new students into the company i worked for. Within my time frame i hired 18 students during 2 different events and then began my career as an instructor at Okaloosa Technical College and with my conections i have made i was able to have a representative from both National Boiler Services and The Systems Group come test and hire our students during an event that had never transpired in our welding shop before.
