New Mobility Planner

Highlights:

  • Led the design, implementation, and evaluation of Boston Delivers, a first-of-its-kind electric cargo bike delivery pilot program.
  • Helped kick-start a new curb management workflow for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managed the Open Newbury Street program. Directed a team of consultants to conduct business engagement, navigate permitting processes, plan event operations, and advocate for a more vibrant public realm.
  • Overseen three seasons of Outdoor Dining reviews for the Boston Streets Cabinet. Ensured compliance with outdoor dining regulations, and also advised on the guidelines themselves.

Experience:

  • Writing and overseeing RFPs and other vendor contracts. Ensuring consultants stay on task and on budget.
  • Developing marketing and outreach strategies, including webpages, digital content, and press releases.
  • Public engagement on controversial issues, such as pedestrianization, curb management, and emerging electric/micro-mobility modes.
  • Designing pilot programs that address freight and curb management challenges
