Followed blueprints to complete projects usually to a .03 tolerance, Tacked and Tig welded a variety of different tube sizes ranging from 1/4in - 4 in mostly stainless, All purged with argon to ensure a quality weld. Had to orbital weld on occasion.

• Experienced in reading blue prints to tack together tubes, elbows, valves and glands to complete the weldment. Using calipers to measure the tubes within a .02 tolerance. Using 3/16 tungsten and 1/16 filer rod to weld brackets.

• Followed blue prints in order to build bellow systems. 90% tig 10% mig (flux core) while holding low tolerances for industrial operations in oil refineries. Every weld was x-ray or dye penetrated to check quality. Experienced in welding in confined spaces.

• Welded tacked together parts in a tractor manufacturing facility all solid wire mig .45

• Welded front and back bumpers, headache racks and running boards. Then would install them on the trucks. Was all welded with .35 solid wire mig. Used chop saws, hydraulic press, hole punch, plasma cutters, oxyacetylene torch, metal shears and a tube bender.
