Aloha, My name is Harrison Hung . I am a Culinology Major (AS CULIN-IFSM) at Kapiolani Community College. My goal is to obtain a 4-year degree at UH Manoa in Food Science & Human Nutrition by 2026. I am currently a cook at Podmore working the grill and fryer station, as well as food prep. I have worked at Podmore over a full year, starting as a prep chef I then quickly transitioning to line cook full time.
My passion is in Culinary Arts and Sciences and my intention is to gain as much knowledge and real world experience by working and learning about the food & beverage industry.
I have accumulated valuable experiences by working in a variety of restaurants and can describe myself as a hard worker, quick learner and a team player. I would appreciate an opportunity to continue improving my skills and knowledge by working in a large scale hotel .
