Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guest and employee. Manager's performance necessary for the casino to reach its fullest potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guest.

• Performing all functions in accordance with applicable laws and gaming regulations, the mission statement, and objectives of Comanche Nation Entertainment as well as establishes policies, procedures and controls.
• Responsible for disciplining, performance appraisals and addressing employee issues.
• Assures compliance with Tribal, State, and Federal Internal Controls requirements by constant review and update of Internal Controls.
• Prepares and submits annual budget to General Manager.
• Handles problems or grievances (employee/guest) as soon as the need arises and making critical decisions for positive outcomes.

Responsible for the overall supervision of the casino Security Departments, compliance with the Tribal-State Compact and departmental procedure manuals, training of Security tem members and general safety of team members and guests. Responsible for the protection of the Casino/ and property assets. Liaison between Tribal Law Enforcement and tribal organization (casinos)

• Ensure and maintain compliance with all ordinances, laws and other communicated expectations including but not limited to: NIGC Regulations, Comanche Nation Gaming Ordinance, State Gaming Compact, Tribal Internal Controls and other communications from regulatory personnel.
• Assumes overall managerial responsibility for the effective operation of the Department.
• Develops and maintains short and long term departmental plans and budgets.
• Establishes and maintains Security department policies and procedures.
• Institutes a program of ongoing training and development of staff.

To maintain the integrity of all Comanche Nation gaming and ensure that the Nation is the primary beneficiary of Comanche gaming by protecting the Nations assets. To fulfill the mission and achieve compliance, CNGC works within the framework created to perform the delegated duties defined by the Comanche Nation Gaming Ordinance, and all gaming related regulations, by providing sound guidance and sensibly regulating gaming activities conducted by Comanche Nation.

• Responsible to oversee, and regulate gaming within the jurisdiction of the Comanche Nation, and to ensure fair, and honest gaming activities at all facilities.
• Oversees a variety of functions in carrying out responsibilities, such as conducting extensive background investigations on vendors and gaming employees.
• Responsible for providing reports ensuring compliance to the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC), the State Compliance Agency of Oklahoma as part of the Tribal-State Compact, and to the Comanche Nation.

Performed law enforcement duties within Comanche Nation Indian Country to preserve the protection of life and property and the construction of lawful rights of citizens. Investigates, apprehends, arrests and detains under authority of Title 25 CFR Criminal Statutes, Tribal, State and Federal Statures.Under administrative direction, plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates the activities and operations of an assigned service with the Comanche Nation Police Agency. • Knowledge of law enforcement principles, practices and techniques related to patrol, traffic enforcement, crime scene control and investigations, protection of life and property, pursuit, apprehension and transportation of suspects.
• Knowledge of techniques for communication and solving problems presented by a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, cultural and ethnic backgrounds, in person and over the telephone, often when relations may be confrontational or stressed.
