Dispatcher and Motor Vehicle Operator

  • Operated 40 to 60 seated buses to transport veterans or employees to various scheduled locations either in or out of state while adhering to traffic rules and road safety.
  • Performing dispatcher duties on rotational basis which involves accurately managing, dispatching and tracking of around 150 Government vehicles regularly used for various programs and other official duties.
  • Taking part in the successful planning of logistics related to trip request involving mass transportation of in-residence veterans who are wheelchair bound.
  • Offering good customer services, while addressing any concerns to wide range of executives, employees and veterans at large.

Pavement and Construction Equipment Operator

  • Training new airmen on diverse pieces of equipment to name a few Graders, Bulldozers, Loaders, Backhoes, Excavators, Sweepers, and Dump Trucks. This is done to improve their proficiency and readiness level in anticipation of any state or federal world wide missions.
  • Following instructions from supervisors and performs all administrative duties including update of training records and report through chain of command.
  • Performing thorough pre-shift and post-shift inspections and accurately completed equipment logs and reports.
  • As a Flight/Shop safety representative, I always make sure all personnel adhered to heavy equipment safety and operation protocols, resulting in minimal complaints or incidents.
  • Kept machinery in proper working order by performing preventive maintenance and annotating and reporting malfunctioning parts in the system.

Lead Installation Entry Controller

  • Leading assigned number of security forces personnel providing armed response and manning all Installation entry while adhering to strict credential vetting before an authorized entry.
  • Coordinates with defense operation center on back ground screening, proper documentation in regard to visitor pass to eligible individuals.
  • Performed random vehicle inspection to detect and deter any theft, prohibited weapons and contraband. I was able to confiscate a dozens of all named prohibited items.
  • Greeted guests professionally and courteously to cultivate welcoming atmosphere while making safety top priority.
