In my two years of working at Pizzeria Mozza, I've worked hard in the salad and pastry stations while also assisting in the prep work of other stations here and there. Although the job of chef itself is still new to me, I'm always eager to learn more and help whenever and however i can. Before that, I moved around briefly working at various hotels as a check-in clerk, and before that I worked about 6 years at Baskin-Robbins as a clerk where I handled cash, food, clean-up, and general maintenance of the store.
