Now a little about myself, my name is Harsha Pamulapati and I am a business management major on the Pre-Dentistry track. What drove me to the dental field was a gnawing curiosity of how it all worked and an eagerness to know more. At a young age I would often spend time at my mother’s dental office. The office was a small cube shaped building consisting of eight interconnected rooms: the waiting area, four operating rooms, the front desk, and in the back, my mother’s workstation. As a curious young boy I would often wander around the building pocketing equipment and other dental tools. At the end of my mother’s shift, I would throw the tools in my pocket on her desk and ask her what each tool did. As I grow and mature as a person I hope my curiosity and my passion to help to me achieve my dream of becoming a dentist.
