• Lead network management and continuous improvement of Hosted Platform Services (HPS) worldwide infrastructure

• Provided technical expertise for Service helpdesk incident tickets in all phases such as troubleshooting, establishing root cause analysis and fixing network infrastructure related issues

• Worked on projects which involved complete design of 3 Tier architecture in campus networks, generate Build Of Material, staging and pre-configuring devices, coordinate tasks with on-site engineers, site visitations during access-point placements and provide support during project transition into production

WAN/Internet/Security team

• Primary area of focus was WAN and Internet side of network architecture
• Good hands-on experience on DMVPN, IPsec, BGP OSPF and NAT on WAN edge and Riverbed WAN accelerators
• Performed redesign of WAN edge infrastructure which included network high availability with HSRP and VSS, IOS standardization and decommissioning MPLS circuits for all 120 remote sites globally
• Assisted web services team in re-architecture of www.corning.com website in DMS server farms behind Alteon Load Balancers
• Worked extensively on Radware Application Delivery Controllers like Alteons in Data-center
• Delivered projects for business applications which involves designing and deploying configuration on Load balancers in both DMZ and internal server farms, external DNS servers, NAT on Link load balancers and L7 inspection rules on AppWalls
• Implemented network infrastructure for Microsoft Solutions Forefront Identity Management - Self Service Password Reset web application
• Designed and deployed Global Load Balancing solution to provide traffic distribution across globally distributed application servers, uninterrupted services and disaster recovery between data-centers by removing unwieldy manual DNS failover solution which was adopted at that point in time
