• Proficient in end-to-end configuration of AP and AR including vendor/customer master data, payment terms, automatic payment program (APP), dunning procedures, down payments, tax procedures, and manual & electronic bank reconciliation (EBS).
• Involved in S4 HANA migration support, with exposure to new GL, business partner concept, and data migration tools like LSMW and LTMC. Experienced in SAP FICO integration with MM and SD modules, including procurement and order-to-cash cycles, ensuring seamless cross-module functionality.
• Supported month-end and year-end closing activities, reconciliations, and error handling of IDocs in production support environments.
• Good understanding of Withholding Tax (TDS), GST, input/output tax configuration, and country-specific localization.
• Familiar with testing tools like HP ALM (Quality Center) for unit and integration testing, as well as user training and UAT support.
• Adept at working with onsite-offshore model, directly interacting with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide efficient SAP solutions.
