• Collaborate, gather, document, and analyze business system requirements and convert them into detailed technical architecture design and drive implementation in Kinaxis RapidResponse empowering supply chain planners to streamline their planning processes
• Analyze and synthesize business requirements into discrete parts and enable clients to make key architectural decisions with Kinaxis RapidResponse and other peripheral systems
• Communicate, collaborate with Enterprise architects to ensure the proposed solution aligns with overall enterprise architecture
• Design and develop data model and Data sources and Mapping (DSM) in Kinaxis enabling data ingestion from enterprise data sources Demand and Supply Planning applications
• Identify standard PDRs (Pre-defined Resources) and assess needs for customization to support business requirements for applications
• Provide architecture guidance and drive alignment discussions, with RapidResponse at the core of it, by putting special emphasis on implementing industry best practices in supply chain planning and fulfillment
• Design and build integration layer for Kinaxis RapidResponse for key master and transactional data originating from distinct data sources, such as Oracle, SAP HANA, Snowflake etc
• Build and configure control sets, data model, workbooks in Kinaxis RapidResponse supporting Cisco’s requirement to identify additional Purchase Orders (POs) to be placed with suppliers for manufacturing of Meraki products to cover demand during lead time
• Configure and customize standard settings in Kinaxis to project inventory for Sub-Assemblies at respective sub-inventories at DCs for parts at all levels in the Bill of Material (BOM)
• Identify and enable integration framework for Kinaxis to push and pull supply chain data like On Hand, On Order, Commits etc., from Distribution Centers (DCs)
• Build performant solutions in Kinaxis RapidResponse by following best design practices from Kinaxis for query optimization
• Design and implement solutions supporting new country enablement initiatives
• Design, configure, and implement attribute based planning solution supporting unique component sourcing requirements for various operating entities
• Oversee development phase and provide guidance to ensure work components meet functional and technical design specifications

Client: Reckitt and Benckiser

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business system requirements and convert them into functional specification design and drive implementation of solutions in Kinaxis RapidResponse digital solutions
• Define capability map to determine key touchpoints of proposed solution with existing ecosystem and assess long-term goals in line with organization’s strategy
• Build an integration framework with Talend supporting ingestion of master and transactional data from ERP into Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Provide end-to-end systems architecture through detailed requirements analysis and research of suitability of Kinaxis offerings enabling our customer to solve complex supply chain problems
• Analyze, and drive building of capabilities to support capacity planning by integrating with ERP for master data, such as shifts sequence/pattern/details, resource capacity and constraints, operations, work centers, routings etc
• Design, and develop solutions integrating Kinaxis RapidResponse with PlanetTogether for detailed production scheduling and a closed loop with SAP
• Standard configuration of control settings, and customization of Predefined Resources (PDRs) enabling different applications, such as S&OP, Demand Management, Material Requirements Planning, Master Production Schedule, Constraint Planning, Multi-Level search, Forecast Consumption, Forecast Spreading
• Analyze visual requirements and build complex resources, such as Workbooks, forms, widgets, dashboards, scorecards, treemaps, different types of charts
• Develop, configure control sets in Kinaxis supporting unique business requirements for Attribute based planning & Expiry/shelf-life planning offerings
• Configure and enable solutions in Kinaxis to support variety of procurement needs such as VMI, Global Hub, Inter-Site (Multi-site) Transfers etc
• Conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) in Kinaxis selling customers on the benefits of solving for problems to gain visibility into end-to-end supply chain to be more resilient in responding to disruptions
• Collaborate with Business users on user testing, debugging, support and maintenance post-implementation.
• Regularly communicate with business stakeholders, and program managers to update product and implementation status
• Articulate complex technical components in an easy to comprehend way for non-technical business stakeholders

Client: Optum

• Design, configure, and implement Supply Chain planning capabilities on Oracle planning cloud and Collaborate with System Architects and Business Analysts to understand system design specifications and develop work items, including integration layer for ingestion of data from ERP and other disparate data sources into Kinaxis RapidResponse
• Create custom data model and corresponding data sources and mapping (DSM) in Kinaxis to map text-based data files to respective input tables
• Analyze business requirements and evaluate standard algorithms from Kinaxis to perform fit-gap analysis
• Develop, configure control sets in Kinaxis supporting unique business requirements for Attribute based planning & Expiry/shelf-life planning offerings
• Develops technical recommendations to address business needs based on functional specifications
• Provides mentoring and technical leadership to members of the ERP production support team as it pertains to our ERP applications
• Participate in solution design discussions, architectural decisions, and drive agile method of delivery focusing on quality, and best practices
• Design and build integration framework using Informatica Powercenter for loading required data from disparate data sources.
