I am a baking club treasurer and club officer at Kentwood High School. I am responsible for leading a team of 4-6 individuals and overseeing all operations of the club. This includes creating effective marketing and sales strategies to promote our baked goods, supervising the team's progress, and delegating tasks to each member based on their strengths and abilities. Furthermore, I offer guidance and support to students throughout the baking process to ensure all members are successful in the completion of their tasks. Through this experience, I have had the opportunity to develop my leadership, communication, and organizational skills, while also gaining expertise in marketing and sales strategies.
