Over the last 16 months I have been responsible for the design, proof of concept, and production of at least two of the products in development at my current employer, with another three concepts ready for design review(I have created over 61,000 files in this time) . Previously I oversaw the design, development, and implementation of two unique ASRS systems(2 years combined), one for preproduction part storage and one for pre paint assembly storage as well as the material handling aspects outside of the storage units. I was also a part of a team that designed and developed an entire automation process for manufacturing welded goods, from conception through implementation, including support machinery and fixturing(patented EP3463743B1 & US10974348) . I assisted in the planning and implementation of several robotic weld cells. I was a part of a team that adopted and implemented parts production automation with sheet lasers and CNC press brakes utilizing offline programming. I established procedural, operational, and safety protocol for a tube mill operation as a supervisor. I developed and designed a semiautomatic team weld cell that enabled increased productivity, safety, quality control, and training for less experienced personnel as an introduction to our competitive production welding environment.
