- Very good knowledge about P&ID, Cause & Effect Diagram, Block Diagram, Wiring Diagram and Layout Diagram etc.
- Visual inspection for complete and correct application/installation
- Monitoring related activities verified through inspections where applicable.
- Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves (Weir, Flowserve, Black borough etc...) and part turn actuated valves
- Carry out the implementation of regular instrument maintenance work schedules to meet operational work programs efficiently. Includes developing preventive maintenance based on manufacturer’s recommendations, discussing progress reports and determining directional objectives.
- Ensure that material and equipment are correctly received, stored, preserved and handled, identified and traceable.
- Preparing Daily, weekly and monthly reports and sent to the engineer.
- Controls and inspections are carried out according to Quality Control Plans/Inspection Test Plans.
