Responsibilities:

• Worked on Revit and AutoCAD to develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical systems.
• Specialized in the design and modeling of Firefighting, Water supply and HVAC systems.
• After understanding the design of the systems, I linked the CAD planes to the Revit program and design the system.
• Coordinated with architectural and structural teams to ensure model accuracy and clash-free integration.
• Produce shop drawing sheets that the site engineer can implement on the site.
• Skilled in modeling and managing BIM projects with a deep understanding of LOD requirements (100, 200, 300, 350, 400).

• Prepare and review initial CAD designs and coordinate with the engineering team to ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate directly with lead engineers to model MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Water Supply) on Revit.
• Apply advanced workflows to enhance interdisciplinary coordination by linking Revit and CAD files, ensuring optimal functionality and quality in building systems.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues related to system integration.
• Prepare detailed sheets, annotations, and technical documentation to support project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Manufacturing Automotive Spare Parts.
• Analyzed dimensions of new parts and designed manufacturing molds using Siemens NX software.
• Produced aluminum casting molds using CNC machines, followed by assembly and preparation for casting processes.
• Designed and fabricated sheet metal forming molds and rubber injection molds.
• Improved production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
