• Responsible for all the HR and Administration activities in the country office. Provide advices on the processes, and procedures of HR tasks and departmental needs. Support different level managers on different aspects of HR, such as recruitments to maintain a fairness and transparency of any recruitment, and ensure to maintain a smooth onboarding process.
• Take the lead the regular review, and update of the departmental policies, processes, and procedures to ensure that they are in tandem with the country’s labour law, organization’s standards and are HR Best practices.
• Partner with the Business Partner Coordinator on delivering good HR services, and supports need from department, including advising the recruitment procedures, and document HR guidelines, processes, and procedures in a smooth, and continues manner.
• Work with the finance team to prepare timely staff payroll and employee benefits on a monthly basis. Ensure correct payments is issued on timely manner. Receive comments and queries on these regard to clear out doubts and queries accordingly.
• Prepare timely HR reports within the scope of work. And ensure report contains all the necessary information, and updates on timely basis and share with the concerned managers on timely manner.
• Identify the training needs through the performance management process, or other business processes for management information and decision making. Accordingly, develop HR trainings, and development strategies with line managers, by considering immediate and long-term requirements.
• Ensure planning, directing, and delivering training and development programs including staff inductions to accomplish the organization's goals and to design and implement appropriate e-learning strategies.
• Analyzes legal obligation to ensure compliance of both local laws/country law and audit requirement. Serve as custodian of organizational values and different policies and procedures.
Office Supplies: Collaborate with the Office and guesthouse cooks, and cleaners, to identify the required office supplies on monthly basis. Process procurements on time and avoid delay of delivery.
