I started in customer service 13 years ago, worked as a hostess, then waitress, management etc. Interacting with people and Hard work is all natural for me. I am married with my first child on the way and extremely huge dreams, which is why I must work hard to set up a better life for my future child. I now work as a technical support agent for a charter. This job has allowed me to be open-minded when learning and it’s very rewarding. Helping customers resolve their internet issues and more has been a wonderful experience so far.
