My diverse work experience has equipped me with the essential skills to thrive in the Young Entrepreneurs Across America (YEAA) internship. As an Educational Assistant, I developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills by mentoring students, managing tasks efficiently, and adapting to challenges—key qualities needed for entrepreneurship. Additionally, my experience at McDonald’s and dishwashing instilled a strong work ethic, teamwork, and customer service expertise, which are vital for business success. Working in fast-paced environments has taught me time management, resilience, and the ability to handle pressure, all of which align with the demands of running a business. With my ability to lead, adapt, and effectively engage with people, I am confident that I can excel in this internship and contribute meaningfully to the program.
