I started learning how to operate skid steers and excavators at the age of 10. At the age of 15 I worked for a family owned construction company building metal homes and leveling pads using heavy equipment in the summers until the age of 18. I also ran fork lifts in feed stores from 15 until the age of 18 as well. I picked up on side jobs with my father clearing land and digging trenches and currently still do. At the age of 18 I completed Fire and EMS schooling. I joined the union at local 100 to further my education in pipe fitting, plumbing, and welding. As well as becoming more aware in reading blue prints. While being home I would work for Fire Cad pipe fitting, land clearing, and also trenching. I’ve recently worked for Fusenet Fiber optics splicing fiber and working on substations and reading blueprints. I have worked for or with many major companies and organizations such as Oncor, Pike, GSW, Morton Salt, DSI, Global Wafer, TI and many more.
