- Greeting customers as they came into the store and addressing their needs and purchases
- Handled over the phone orders and assisted with packaging orders that were shipping out or scheduled for customer pick up
- Engaged with customers to get a better understanding of the type of cakes they were needing/wanting to purchase and providing advisement on loyalty programs, as well as suggesting any addons they may need like gift cards
- Answering questions about the menu, pricing and any promotions that were taking place at the time
- Maintained a clean and organized bakery environment, including replenishing the display cases and cleaning both counters and floors
