Hayden Stewart

I have spent most of my time as a professional staying prepared for emergency and interacting with concerned members of the public. This has helped me to develop a calm urgency in my work habits, a communal value set, and a friendly, informative mode of speaking with people in professional settings.

I enjoyed seasonal employment at ODF for six years, but I am in need of a change of scenery and year round employment. I pride myself on a relaxed but urgent approach to problems, reliable availability, and mature experience. I am decisive and flexible, and with interpersonal interaction, I try to be fair and free of inappropriate emotion like anger and judgment. I believe strongly in the importance of human kindness and local community, and as a Springfield native I strive to express this wherever I am. Developing and improving these skills are primary goals of mine.
