I plan to pledge my values within my education career. My dedication to student equity through their speech, their mannerisms, their cultures, as well as their ambitions will be at the forefront of my teachings. From personal experience and from the person I am, I have the belief that while no one can be perfect, allowing students to take risks provides them with the opportunity to find a path on their own. My values presented will be evident within the classroom, so much so that every student walking through my door could tell the attitude of the environment and the respect that comes with it. Lastly, I will dedicate my efforts into ensuring the safety and comfort of all individual students through time, patience, and understanding. To conclude; Brilliant minds, creative outlooks, and out of the box thinking is what students are best at which I will dedicate my time to nurturing and catering to within my educational career.
