Performed tasks such as vital signs, performing ECGs, and preparing patients for their visit with their provider. This was a family and pain practice combined. Most days consisted of a regular monthly patient clientele with follow ups on their pain, and how well the treat regimen was working. As well as patients with common sickness for well check ups.

Assisted with patient care under the supervision of an RN. Assisted with ADLs, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. Assisted patients with transferring, and ambulating. Obtained vitals signs and recorded I’s & O’s. Documented all data, tasks, and rounding in an EHR.
