- This was a very a similar job to my current job
- I started as a back wait and my responsibilities included backing up servers and cleaning tables
- Refilling drink, running food, doing side work such as rolling silverware and cleaning glasses
- When I turned 18 I was promoted to a server
- This was a much smaller restaurant than my current job
- I did around 500 to 1000 in sales and had deal with much smaller parties.
