As Program Manager at OAS, I have successfully managed and improved upon our systems for volunteer onboarding, athlete coordination, and program logistics. I am committed to continuing to build OAS's organizational systems. I have a strong ability to build relationships, collaborate with our team, and create an environment that elevates experiences for athletes, volunteers, and staff alike. In the role of Program Director, a few priorities that I would like to lead are:

• Developing scalable program structures and detailed outlines for effective program replication.
• Streamlining team structure and sustainability by refining roles and responsibilities.
• Continuing to optimize and support management and technology systems to enhance coordination among athletes, staff, and volunteers, and improve the user experience.
• Strengthening year-round volunteer engagement through committee collaboration to help develop and improve retention strategies.
