  • When assigned to Team Coverage, provided same-day triage and treatment to include extractions, incision and drainage, endodontic therapy, and management of other dental emergencies.
  • Once empaneled with Team Jade, provided comprehensive dental care to customer-owners, to include restorations, fixed and removable prosthodontics, TMD management, emergent dental care, and nitrous/oral sedation for anxiety management.
  • Provided remote dental treatment in the Anchorage Service Unit villages of McGrath, Nikolai, St. George, Nanwalek, Sand Point, and King Cove; now travel twice a year as SCF's primary field dentist for King Cove.
  • After a preceptorship with ANMC for OR privileges, became the primary adult special needs provider for SCF. Since starting, have completed 53 full mouth rehabilitation cases for adult special needs customer-owners under general anesthesia. In this role, I receive and review all referrals, have a monthly OR day, coordinate with medical providers (OBGYN, ENT, audiology, cardiology) when multiple services are needed, and transition customer-owners to in-clinic care when possible.
  • Supervised the onboarding preceptorship of Team Jade's dental health aide therapist and the OR preceptorship of another dentist.
