Performs skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, soldering, plumbing and electrical
Troubleshoot and repairs minor mechanical malfunctions and performs preventative maintenance on dishwashers, laundry machines, hot water tanks, vehicles, etc.
Construct and repair building structures, walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, and furniture.
Install electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and other such equipment.
Replace light bulbs, florescent tubes, spot lights, exit lights, and other minor lighting malfunctions.
Repair toilets, urinals, showers, drains, etc.
Repair and maintenance to vehicles, mowers, blowers, chainsaw, weedeaters, golf carts..ect.
Mow grass and edges lawns, sidewalks, and curbs; rakes, vacuums, and blows leaves and debris from sidewalks and parking lots; cuts-down trees; trims trees and bushes.
Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment, table and chairs, ect...for special events held at camp.
Improve pool water quality by conducting regular chemical testing and adjusting treatment levels accordingly.
Brush pool walls and floors to reduce algae and slime formation and prevent staining.
Vacuum pool using to remove dirt, debris and contaminants at bottom of pool.
Operate heavy machinery such as backhoes, bulldozers, tractor, excavators for various construction projects.
