We take the PS Needles and run them through the laser so they can get welded onto the strip. Then it goes through the annealer, where it anneals the needle, to where the laser guys can see where to cut the needles. It will then go through the acid to the silicone after that we check and make sure there is no excess wing and the A-Dimensions are in spec.
We will coat them in magnesium oxcide to make sure they got coated correctly when going through the silicone. We run EBT's and do a T/O test to make sure it is strong enough for when it bends it doesn't break in half.
