  • My responsibilities and duties for this position were to fill propane tanks and RVs.

  • Manage the system in the booth for any pump errors, or card issues, for credit card payment.
  • Check in the McLane Truck order on Wednesdays, with the dry goods and tobacco products.
  • Receive the BOL (Bill of Lading Order) transferred from the Main Navy Exchange or Virginia location.
  • Checked in the sandwich order on Thursdays from Team Fresh.
  • I opened and closed the store, including both registers.
  • Stock the coffee bar and coolers daily.
  • Entered receiving invoices into the SIM program and Excel spreadsheet to ensure the vendors received payment.
  • Verified NAPA receipts of parts that were ordered for the Car Care side, and entered them in the spreadsheet to maintain accuracy, as well as to ensure they can be paid.
  • Sent PDF, fax, or email documents assisting my supervisor as needed.
  • I drove the government (company) truck on our daily route to check gas prices and conduct a survey comparison. This then led to entering the information in a spreadsheet with calculations, which was sent to the supervisor to confirm if the prices needed to be changed at the pumps and on the retail signs.
  • Assisted the Car Care Center service side with cashing out customers when their vehicles were ready to be picked up.
  • I trained all new employees, verified the Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Arizona, and Little Debbie orders as they were received for delivery from the vendor.
  • Checked for out-of-date or close-to-date products throughout the store every two weeks, so we could ensure fresh food at all times.
  • I went shopping at the Main Exchange across the street once a week to get supplies, milk, etc.
