Additional Information

I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach, group X coach, fitness coach and online coach with a rich background in sales, training, management, banking and communications. After college, I began my corporate career in banking. Within ten years, I worked from teller to branch manager to educator and trainer in management and consumer lending. I have written content and facilitated seminars in communication in business. Stepping away from corporate life to raise my children with special needs has given me a greater purpose, a greater resolve and a whole new bag of skills. Having learned to navigate the education and healthcare system, I have become more compassionate, resourceful and driven to create an environment for achievement and success. My children who learn differently have gone on to excel in school and college. Through all of my incarnations, fitness has been an integral part of my life leading me to now, owner and creator of Built for Every Body.
