  • Managed a team to provide excellent customer service to members and potential customers.
  • Created business plans for providing new services to members such as a new online community, membership dues increase, online career center and a new national credential.
  • Launched NEHA's first online community with the outside vendor Tradewing. It exceeded engagement expectations and is used as an example of a successful community for Tradewing sales.
  • Increased membership by an average of 3% each year by improving the onboarding process, analyzing our data, and identifying new markets.
  • Improved membership retention by simplifying the renewal process.
  • Worked with Board members on various committees to enhance volunteer engagement, increase diversity in leadership and make committee processes more efficient.
