I was responsible for maintaining facility compliance with applicable standards and laws for the Will County Adult Detention Facility. This was accomplished by writing policies and procedures and then auditing reports, logs and activities. I conducted a weekly inspection of the facility to ensure compliance with standards with all of the department heads. I also coordinated facility wide audits and inspections from various outside authorities.
