• Iden.fy Deficiencies/impairments in fire alarm systems and convey said deficiencies to the customer.
• Adhere to safety protocols put in place by Johnson Controls
• Customer focus, by performing inspec.ons in a .mely fashion.
• Communica.on with the customer regarding scheduling their inspec.ons and ge5ng them in contact with the local office for repairs.
• Communicate with the system integrity rep to ensure quotes for deficiencies are relayed to the customer.
• Inspect Fire Alarm Systems in accordance with NFPA 72 on quarterly, semi-annual, and annual frequencies.

• Responsible for keeping medical facility clean, sanitary and well maintained.
• AAended to wai.ng areas, staff areas and examina.on rooms.
• Responsible to supply fresh linen to pa.ent rooms.
• Maintain daily upkeep of bathrooms.
