My primary focus at NPL has been to assist with payroll/HR.

  • Update candidate spreadsheet daily for Superintendents to view applicants, initiate background checks, schedule pre-employment and random drug tests, interact with candidates and new hires, complete onboarding process, enter timesheets for weekly payroll, review accuracy of and make any necessary changes to time self-entered by all employees (MN and WI), compile information and send EDF's for layoffs/returns, manage driver qualification files and run reports, print/copy/scan/fax documents.
  • Data entry duties such as but not limited to; managing spreadsheets keeping information and any required documentation current, bore equipment tracking, saving meter survey sheets, check materials for invoicing and submit invoices, double-check that scans were inputted and properly saved in the common drive.
  • Assist and backup other staff as needed with AR/AP and misc. tasks.
  • Proficient working with the following computer programs; Teams, Excel, SAP-Fiori, SuccessFactors, Time Entry, Clearinghouse, LeeTrans, AWSI, and Equifax.

I started my employment with Maid Brigade in 2006 as a Team Member but quickly advanced to become a Team Lead and a Field Supervisor. I excelled in both leadership roles but an opportunity to work in the office versus out in the field became available so I decided to take on a new role and expand my knowledge of the company. I maintained the following duties from 2009-2020.

  • Handled client enquiries, performed outbound client satisfaction calls, inbound client concerns and/or special requests, scheduled re-dos and inspections, resolved any breakages, attempted to resolve client cancellations.
  • General reception duties, assisted with laundering cloths, entered daily route logs, created receipts/invoices, processed CC billing, reconciled and resolved any issues with payment, emailed welcome letters to new clients, called and/or emailed clients daily providing them with their team's ETA for next day service, prepared team's daily field sheets, check-in team's paperwork upon their return, log client's keys, enter quality cards, recruit new team members, schedule and conduct telephone interviews and scheduled office interviews for the hiring manager, verified past employment, prepared new hire packets and scored tests, managed office files, print/copy/scan/fax documents.
  • Handle inbound enquiries, provided quotes and follow ups, scheduled new service, email and track return of required CC authorization forms, perform outbound calls to past clients soliciting a restart.
  • Assist and backup other staff as needed which often included being trusted with the responsibility of opening and closing the office.
