• Review Maintenance contract details to insure all documents are true and correct, includes insuring all documents are signed by both parties.
• Work daily in SAP creating Assets to drive information about the customers product to the Service team using the Service Now System.
• Set up various types of Maintenance and Warranty contracts using Citrix (SL) business Software, changing to SAP, Service Now & Sales Force in the last 5 years.
• Generate invoices for monthly, quarterly and annual Maintenance contracts.
• Export information from Excel to SAP, Service Now, Sales Force & previously Citrix (SL).
• Work in Citrix Dynamics (SL), Focus - Clarify (CRM6), PeopleSoft Financials, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and utilize the Adobe Acrobat Pro software. Moved to SAP, Service Now & Sales Force in the last 5 years.
• Track Maintenance Contracts business revenue and costs with Citrix (SL), SAP, Service Now & Sales Force, diligently reconciling accounts to maintain high accuracy.
• Compile billing, revenue and cost reports outlining information for profitability of contracts.
• Apply proper codes to vendor invoices and file, to keep records organized and easily searchable using SAP business software.
• Review and create budgets for projects and labor contracts.
