• Supervises all human resource functions within the district.

• Manages all personnel issues related to accreditation and compliance with federal, state and international accrediting entities
• Provides support and guidance in the maintenance of all employee handbooks
• Develops policies, and provide training for all staff related to human relations skills, conflict resolution, harassment issues, substance abuse, and diversity and inclusion.
• Counsels administration on internal personnel matters including performance evaluations.
