My name is Heather Martin

I have been working as a security guard for the YWCA for over a year. Due to management changes my employer will be moving me to first shift in the very near future. As I have shared parenting of my 8 year old daughter this change will cause a severe issue for my daughter and the court ordered custody limitations therefore I am actively looking for a third shift security guard position to coinside with my parenting schedule. My current job involves monitoring the coming and going of our residents as well as their guests. I have scheduled rounds as well as monitor screens to assure security for the building and residents. When a violation occurs I notify the proper authorities and prepare incident reports when necessary.
