Holding a leadership role in High School for two different groups, having to organize and lead a team for a holiday toy drive, and taking role in our local chapter of Teamsters at Ledgemere. Within my time at Pratt & Whitney, I took on the role of Communications and Finance Chair's within our PRIDE ERG when we first started in 2023. Now with a full board of chairs I have moved up to being the Co-Chair of our ERG.
