As Director I managed a team of paid and volunteer employees with a large office and donation center. My primary goal for the one year contract with the foundation was to reopen the Bismarck office and bring it back to awareness in the community. I exceeded expectations in under the time given.

The position required that I hire employees, organize and manage receptions, parades, formal galas, fundraising events, public speaking for fundraising and service team organization as well as managing the volunteer teams to run trade shows and festivals.
