Skiing, cooking, and reading

Moving to Colorado has been a wonderful game changer in my life. Colorado's natural environment encourages a 'get up and go' attitude. Our family has taken to downhill skiing and the 'never summer' mentality. I really enjoy cooking different cultural dishes and I love sharing those dishes with guests and friends. I enjoy reading my Bible, devotionals, biographies, Christian parenting books, and children's books.

Additional Information

I have served and worked in several volunteer and ministry opportunities over the past 30 years: here are some of the roles I have been privileged to have been a part of:

*tutoring 6-13 year olds overseas in Mathematics;

*serving as a 4/5's Sunday school teacher;

*working for "Moms of Preschoolers" Program;

*being a prayer leader for "Moms in Prayer" domestically and overseas;

*serving the youth at 2 different outdoor and adventure camps;

*organizing and leading educational activities and outings for a homeschool group;

*serving the homeless;

*coordinating and facilitating an 8th grade American Heritage Ball;

*organizing and coordinating a 100+ guest graduation dinner party overseas while being in the States;

*hosting a 100+ guest attendance fundraiser for the Colorado Children's Chorale;

*serving with local church outreach events;

*hosting and assisting in facilitating church small groups in our home.

On the home front, I have enjoyed helping my husband and our four children to become the best versions of themselves by being a help-mate, providing my time and listening ear, managing the home, and organizing activities to develop our relationships and skills as individuals and as a family.

I look forward to being a part of a team environment in a workplace.
