I am the hairstylist at a senior living community. I have residents from independant living to memory care. My daily duties are to keep the residents looking their best with a smile, scheduling appointments, keeping the salon clean and tidy, ordering supplies when needed and using an ipad for point of sale.

Receptionist, checking patients in to be seen by the doctor and helping the patients with any questions or help that they need. Scheduling appointments. Processing payments. Entering patient data into our system and also into the MMUR. Registering new patients and explaining the state medical marijuana use registry process and how to navigate it. I also worked phones for the call center which entailed helping patients with any problems or questions they have and to resolve issues that may arise.

My job at Trulieve entails many aspects. Front of house check in. Patient consulting, which consists of discussing patient needs, concerns, and finding the right products that will help them. Using a POS system to cash them out and dispensing mgs into the MMUR. Processing online and delivery orders and packing them. On road deliveries to patients. Stocking product and counting inventory. Training new hires on the POS system. Staying current with cannabis news and trends and learning the new products that come out. Keeping the place clean and sanitary and most of all keeping the patients happy.

I owned and operated Studio 13 Hair Salon from 2005 to 2015. I ran the entire business and also worked behind the chair.

From 2015 to 2019 I went solo and worked at Bella La Vita Salon suites.
